Need
Help?
- Only registered users have
been assigned a User ID and Password.
- A registered user is a party
to a dispute who has completed Step 3 of the Process. In Step 3, the case manager
creates the secure user workrooms for the parties to a dispute and assigns the User IDs
and Passwords.
- User IDs and Passwords are
unique to individual parties to individual disputes. If you are a party to more than
one dispute you will have a User ID and Password for each dispute.
- You do not need to be a
registered user to Get Started and to complete Steps 1, 2 and 3 of the Process. All
required information, instructions and forms are available on our web site.
- After a dispute is resolved,
the case manager keeps the secure user workrooms open for 10 days to allow the parties to
copy documents and forms, and complete the Exit Survey. After the 10-day period, the
secure user workrooms are closed and the parties' Used IDs and Passwords will no longer
work.
- Please contact us at the
address, telephone number or email address below if:
- Your User ID and Password
are not working and you need assistance to Log In.
- You are a registered user
and have not received your User ID and Password.
- You are a registered user
and you need your User ID and Password replaced.
- Your dispute has been
resolved and the 10-day open period has elapsed but you still need access to your secure
workroom.
- You require additional
assistance or have other questions.
