Bruce T. Cooper is a former Administrative Law Judge with the Maryland Office of Administrative Hearings (1990-2000). He continues to handle in person cases as a mediator and adjudicator in Los Angeles, California.

Judge Cooper has convened and decided numerous cases via electronic means and assisted in the design of the practical functioning of the Electronic Courthouse. He is poised to lead the Electronic Courthouse into becoming the web's premier resolution solution for both private and public adjudication and ADR practice.

A member of the Bars of California, Florida, Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado, Maryland and Washington D.C., Bruce chairs the American Bar Association's Judicial Division and Section of Dispute Resolution's Joint Committee on ADR & Mediation. He was a Faculty Advisor at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, and lectures on hearing and dispute resolution skills and practice techniques for Judges, as well as Court Technology.

Judge Cooper is the founder and Past President of the District of Columbia/Maryland Association of Administrative Adjudicators and is a member of the Executive Committee of the ABA's National Conference of Administrative Law Judiciary (effective August 2007).
