Mr. Paliare holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, and a Masters in Law Degree from the University of Texas at Austin (1971). He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers Association (IPEBLA) and a Member of the International Association of Jurists. Mr. Paliare is listed in Chambers Global “The World’s Leading Lawyers” and Mondaq's “Guide to the World's Leading Litigation Lawyers”.

Mr. Paliare’s experience as a litigator covers many areas of law and is particularly well-recognized in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, and labour and employment law.
