Clark Griffith is a well-known arbitrator of sports disputes. Chair of the
Sports Law section of the American Bar Association.

His roots in baseball run deep. He is a former owner, EVP and Treasurer of
the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club, former Chairman of Major League Baseball
Properties, and Member of the Player Relations Committee. Mr. Griffith is
now more broadly involved in sports arbitration, and is the Chair of the
Sports Law section of the American Bar Association and serves as General
Counsel to a number of Sports Leagues, where he advises in the areas of team
and league operation and inter-league relationships.

Mr. Griffith is a member of the Minnesota Bar, and Member of the commercial
disputes panel of the American Arbitration Association.
