Claude Thomson is a distinguished commercial arbitrator of international repute. He has carried out arbitrations related to banking, securities, construction and other commercial matters in India, England and North America.

He is Past President and former Secretary –General of the International Bar Association.

Trained at the Harvard School of Mediation and by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in both Florida and Colorado, he is now a Fellow of the Institute, as well as a member of the North American Council of the London Court of International Arbitration, and the International Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
