Colin Baxter is experienced in resolving commercial legal disputes, with a focus on procurement and other supply chain disputes.

Bilingual in French and English, Mr. Baxter also holds bachelor degrees in both the Common Law and Civil Law, used by English-speaking and French-speaking jurisdictions around the world, respectively. The winner of numerous academic prizes, his knowledge of the law and related skills are widely regarded and Mr. Baxter has served as law clerk to two distinguished justices of the Supreme Court of Canada.

A graduate of Stanford University, Mr. Baxter also brings experience in cross-border and multi-party disputes. He has played a leadership role in a number of important international organizations including Director of the Atlantic Salmon Federation.
