Dave Gould is a highly experienced Resolution Professional in the insurance sector. Called to the Bar of Alberta, Dave practiced civil litigation in the insurance sector prior to founding a national ADR service provider for resolving insured claims. Clients included the Insurance Commission of British Columbia and other large national and regional insurers in respect of motor vehicle, property loss, personal injury, commercial, liability and other insured claims.

Dave has also provided ADR design, education and training solutions for adjudicative tribunals, insurers, municipalities, government departments, regulators, natural resource and other companies seeking fast affordable alternatives to litigation.

Dave is Chair of our ADR Roster in Alberta and a Member of the C2C ADR Task Force in Alberta.
