David McCutcheon is among the most senior and respected commercial litigators and Dispute Resolution professionals in the Canadian legal community. A graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto Canada, David is the national Chair of the litigation and dispute resolution practice of one of Canada's largest commercial law firms.

David brings more than 20 years experience in corporate and commercial litigation, with special expertise in commercial, real estate, and environmental matters. David is a Member of the American Arbitration Association;a Co-Founder of the Dispute Resolution Alliance of Canada, a Director at the ADR Institute of Canada, Past Director at The Advocates’ Society,  a Chartered Arbitrator, and a frequent author and speaker on commercial litigation  and alternative dispute resolution.
