Trained as a dispute resolution professional in 1994 at the University of Cambridge, England, Professor Schulz is both an experienced mediator and a professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, Canada. She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (formerly SPIDR), and the Conflict Resolution Network of Canada (CRNC).

Professor Schulz's areas of specialty include commercial contracts, personal injury, and workplace disputes. She brings an international background to her practice; she has resided in Germany, England and Canada, and is fluent in both English and German.
