Mediation Alternative and Dispute Resolution: Readings and Case Studies, Dr. Macfarlane is
an established researcher and author on conflict and dispute resolution.
Dr. Macfarlane has a Masters
in Law degree from the London School of Economics and later earned her Doctorate degree.
She is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, Canada, she is
an experienced practitioner and consultant on mediation and facilitation.
Dr. Macfarlane has delivered
resolution services to a wide array of clients on diverse matters, including commercial
contracts, workplace issues, personal injury, construction, and consumer matters, brings a
strong international background to her dispute resolution practice, and has lived and
worked as a professor in the U.K., Ireland, Hong Kong and Canada.
