Kathleen G. O'Neil, an active Toronto based arbitrator and mediator, brings to NovaForum over fifteen years of experience as an adjudicator, including more than a decade as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal.  As a mediator, her extensive experience includes the settlement of civil litigation, labour, human rights, and insurance disputes.

Particular areas of expertise include employment, human rights, and occupational health and safety, including medico-legal issues. A lawyer for over 25 years, Ms. O’Neil is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada, and provides dispute resolution services in both English and French.
