Nancy Love brings 20 years experience as an educator, a school administrator, an educational program designer, an author and a leadership trainer and mediator to her work with MTI. Nancy has a Bachelor of Education in French and Social Studies and a Masters of Education in Administration from the University of Alberta . She is presently a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Research with a specialty in Leadership at the University of Calgary . She is an annual presenter/facilitator at the University of Lethbridge Summer Leadership Institute and the author of “Principal Portraits” (2001) which serves as the pilot for her research on the practices of high school principals in a climate of accountability.

Nancy 's commitment to developing peaceful productive workplaces comes from her work with the Alberta Teachers' Association's Professional Relations Commission. As a second career she has chosen to work with companies and organizations to improve the flow of information and create sustainable relationships that contribute to the success of the organization. She received her formal training in mediation and negotiation through the Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society and is a court mediator with the Provincial Court Civil Division.

Nancy is a frequent speaker at conferences and professional development activities for school principals, teachers and educational administrators. In addition, Nancy consults with clients in the communication industry, the design industry, the banking and insurance industry, non profit organizations and government agencies. Her work includes programs in leadership or workplace conflict resolution for large or small groups, mediation between individuals, or confidential consultation and coaching with individuals.
