Rob Graesser
Rob Graesser is a highly experienced member of the Canadian Construction bar, carrying out senior work on major infrastructure projects, industrial facilities, office towers, shopping centers and sports arenas. His clients include major national and international construction firms, strategic alliances, joint venture groups and manufacturing companies. He is an experienced litigator, representing clients from the construction sector before all levels of the courts of Alberta, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Drawing on his knowledge and experience in the construction sector, Mr. Graesser is often called upon as an arbitrator and mediator, and has served as sole arbitrator on numerous construction disputes.
