  Denise Presley

Denise graduated from Vermont Law School where she studied primarily in environmental and land use law. In 2000, she began her practice focusing on conducting residential real estate closings - as lender’s counsel, and litigating property insurance coverage and miscellaneous commercial contract disputes. Ms. Presley also arbitrates disputes between dealers, customers and employees involving alleged violations of securities laws/regulations.

Ms. Presley is a member of American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitrator), American Bar Association, National Association of Securities Dealers Dispute Resolution, Inc. (Member, Arbitration Board) and the U.S. District Court, MA (admitted July 2002)
