Susan Laniewski
Ms. Laniewski is a proven public sector manager, with expertise in juvenile and criminal justice services consulting, interagency and international expertise, government technology and agency experience with 15+ years in progressively responsible positions and experience in the public sector at all levels of state, local and federal government, 10+ years Senior Management public sector consulting and telecommunications with specific assignments in security and privacy law.
She is currently serving as an independent consultant to international, state and federal court agencies including the Government of Bermuda, the State of Qatar and Administrative Law Agencies in Michigan and South Carolina for court case management systems, tribunal scheduling and business process re-engineering.
She has 25+ years in progressively responsible positions and experience in the public sector at all levels of state, local and federal government. She has full life cycle project management and services consulting expertise, including strategy development, process and re-engineering and IT strategy development for major accounts.
Ms. Laniewski has extensive background in criminal justice, law enforcement, CJIS, and courts information systems planning at the state, federal and local government, and telecommunications.
Based in Massachusetts, Ms. Laniewski travels extensively for consultant assignments, speaking on court business process re-engineering, juvenile justice XML, privacy and security policies for integrated justice and e-filing. Ms. Laniewski has advanced degrees in Law and Public Administration, and is admitted to practice in Virginia and an active member of the Virginia and U.S. Supreme Court Bar. She has educational and practical experience in full life cycle project management and services consulting expertise, including strategy development, process and re-engineering and IT strategy development for criminal justice, law enforcement, CJIS and courts information systems planning at the state, federal and local government and telecommunications.
