Walter Seaton specializes in engineering, construction, technical, industrial, and project-related issues.  He is a Professional Engineer, qualified to practice both in North America and the EU. He has over 40 years experience in engineering, construction, and project management, both in North America and internationally, and continues to serve as a consultant on major engineering contracts. His technical expertise and judgment are widely recognized and he has participated on several United Nations organizations to consult on technical matters of international concern.
 
Apart from his expertise in construction and engineering matters, Walter Seaton is a highly trained and experienced mediator and arbitrator. He is a Registered Mediator and Arbitrator  and Chartered Mediator, Chair of the Construction Section, ADR Institute of Canada, has conducted over 50 dispute resolution proceedings, and has published several papers on the application of ADR to engineering and construction disputes.
