Mr. Lussier is mediator and arbitrator in the field of the labour relations. He holds a Certificate in right from University of Montreal where he supplemented several courses in labour relations. Mr. Lussier also followed Sessions of improvement in investigation and in mediation with l'École main road public d administration and I L is professional Membre of l'Ordre advisers in labour relations and human resources of Quebec.

Mr. Lussier is principal in an office of the mediators in Montreal and, since 1996, is regional Représentant at the Commission of the rights of the person and the rights of youth (CDPDJ).
