Resources Support

 Step 2 - Intake...

Parties ask their counsel or search the Web for a referral to our online dispute resolution service - anywhere, any language, any time.

The Electronic Courthouse has brought together over 80 of the best minds in the legal business on our International Roster - leading international arbitrators in Singapore, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Chicago, Toronto, Europe and elsewhere.

The Intake Form is used to match your dispute resolution needs with the skills and expertise of our Roster Members.

Example...

Mr. Robbins, Creative Director for Millennium Public Relations LLP and Mr. Suter, V.P. of Client Development for Halcion Software Inc. will represent their companies at the arbitration.  Each will work with their company's counsel to understand the legal issues and help present the case. The parties start by completing the Intake forms on The Electronic Courthouse Web site. A Case Manager is assigned who provides the parties with a Case Name, as well as usernames and passwords for each party.  Our highly experienced Case Managers are there to assist you throughout the process. People like Marie Singh, who managed the litigation office in the Supreme Court in one of North America's largest cities.

The Electronic Courthouse uses 10 criteria, including language, country, legal, industry and subject-matter expertise, complexity and related matters to assign the best possible dispute resolution professional to your dispute.  People like Phil Rogers, partner in a large international law firm and renowned expert on telecommunications, satellite and broadcast law; Rodrigo Barahona, a former Deputy Minister of Justice  and international trade negotiator within Latin America; and Claude Thomson, the former Chair of the International Bar Association and Harvard trained arbitrator.

If we don't have the right professional for you, we will draw on our exceptional international networks to get the best. The Electronic Courthouse ensures that the Roster member has no conflicts of interest and that the parties accept the assignment.
