A Resolution date is selected and each party is assigned its own Secure Client Workroom. Here, each may work independently on their own draft documents, sharing them and receiving input and other documentation from their counsel or other designated participants. Engineering, HR, the CEO... their input and approval may be acquired in each party's Secure Client Workroom before the Submissions are completed and filed in the ResolutionRoom. The parties will want to assess their bottom line position and prepare draft offers to settle before commencing the Resolution Session. The parties will use the ResolutionRoom and their Secure Client Workroom to better assess the other party's position and consolidate their own. These preferences form the foundation of an agreement. Their Resolution Professional will review draft Offers to achieve a final settlement in writing, executed by the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, the parties will move to arbitration and, through the Decision of the Arbitrator, achieve a final binding resolution of their dispute.
