However, customer needs are not always the same and we are pleased to offer a number of customized solutions. These are selected and agreed to by the parties at Step 3 - Contract. Now, at Step 6, these customization features will be carried out.

For example, documents may be translated into a common language; enhanced video communications tools may be put in place; and additional hours with your Resolution Professional may be purchased from The Electronic Courthouse for more complex cases.
